Chef Jon Fritzen

Chef Jon Frizten is the owner/chef of Lexington Social. He has created unique dining experiences in central Illinois for the last several decades, including pop-ups, in-house dinners, the Two Blokes and a Bus food truck, and more.

Since 2020, Jon has put his culinary energy into the small town of Lexington, Illinois, surrounded by some of the region's best farmland (and best produce).

Jon and the team are working hard to create an intimate, cultured, accessible dining experience using the freshest ingredients in a comfortable community-first environment.
